I've been stashing the 2025 songs I want to hear again in this playlist and culling it from time to time. A surprise star here is Stunna Girl x Rich The Kid's Needa Gangsta, I've long appreciated Stunna Girl for her voice, production choices and all-round badness, but Needa Gangsta manages to be actually moving for an E-rated rap and a collab at that - I feel like I'm hearing true love, defined in coarse terms. Coraline Moth's Enmity, originally included because of her Lil Bo Weep connection. is sounding more and more like Death and the Maiden's Uneven Ground. And Myaap's Fairy is sticking around for its audacity - walking bass on a trap song(!), the lop-sided flow, the harp, we need more things this strange.
I'm trying to decide if "Cyrvone Nebo" is grating or exciting. Maybe both!
